Moving

Life just got even more crazy, if possible here. Alex is up in Moses Lake for the next two months working as their finance manager and helping train at their new Nissan store. The girls and I have been packing up our duplex, hoping to be completely out by Monday. We are going to be staying with my family in Caldwell Idaho while Alex is gone, and then hopefully reuniting in June to close on a house!!

The girls had their shots last week, Lilly was so brave, she didn't even cry! Just said "ouch" and asked for a sticker. :) Lilly weighed in at 28 lbs, and Lucy at 19. getting big!

Big Girls, Big Changes!

LILLIAN...
is talking all the time, and even stringing some sentences together! Right now her favorite things to say are "Stop it" "Please" "oh Yeah!" "Lucy Jo" "Mine" "Whatcha doin?" and "Lilly Sue."

Apparently mommy says "oh crap" a bit too frequently, because Lilly now walks around saying it... so we are both trying to change our potty mouths to "oh man!!" and "oh goodness!"

She likes to play Ring-Around-the-Rosie, sing Barney, Elmo and Princess songs, play with her princess figurines/castle, play with her kitchen, is ecstatic over snow, likes to do somersaults, EAT, take baths, let our neighbors cat in the house when mom isn't looking, put things in sissy's mouth, help mommy around the house, play with magnets, stickers, coloring, running, climbing, and holding Lucy Jo.

LUCILLE...
rolled over the first time two days ago!! WOO-HOO Lucy! She likes to smile big smiles at everyone, and laugh when someone is particularly animated. She is very content to just sit and watch what's going on. Unless she has a messy diaper, in which case she will let you know!! She loves to be held and cuddled, loves to take baths and kick her feet. Lucy enjoys making spit bubbles and most especially, sucking on her pointer finger knuckle. :)

"YUCKY SNAKES!!"

I gave Lilly a bath tonight. I left the room to go check on Lucy and about 5 minutes later I hear screaming from the bathroom. "Yucky Snakes!! Yucky Snakes!! YUCKKKKY SNAKES!!" So I came running in, not really knowing what to expect.

She is standing at the edge of the tub sobbing, and had squeezed conditioner out of the tube which had come out in long strands that were now floating on the water. As i am attempting to help her and calm her fears, she is freaking out every time the "yucky snakes" float near her.

It was quite funny. :)
